Beauty à la Sara now has a strong brand and a modern website that supports the company’s growth and serves customers better than before.

We carried out the visual and technical renewal of beautyalasara.fi. The main focus was on streamlining product and service search to improve the customer experience. Beauty à la Sara is a beauty salon in Turku specializing in filler treatments and beauty-related training. The company’s offerings also include more traditional treatments, from eyelash extensions to sugaring.

From creating the visual identity to implementing the website

The website redesign began with designing the visual identity, which formed the foundation for Beauty à la Sara’s brand. The existing logo was retained, and the color palette, fonts, and other graphic elements and illustrations were chosen around it. The visual identity was summarized in a brand guideline that serves as a guide for all visual design.

Based on the new identity, we built a mock-up of the website that combined a cohesive and attractive brand appearance with a user-friendly interface. From the design and concept phase we moved on to implementing a modern and easy-to-use website that showcases the company’s wide range of services and enables simple appointment booking. The project also included photographing the company’s services and premises, which brought authentic and appealing content to the website.

A comprehensive service directory to improve the customer experience

The centerpiece of the new website is a comprehensive service directory designed to improve the customer experience. Improving this feature emerged as an important action in the first phase of our collaboration, when we conducted a market survey for Beauty à la Sara and clarified productization. A user-friendly, categorized and visualized service offering would stand out from competitors and lower the barrier to purchasing services.

The new service directory now makes finding services quick and effortless. The directory structure also makes it easier to compare service prices and durations, which in turn improves the purchasing experience.
