A’Pelago Experience – With a view to create

Objectives: The goal was to turn the business idea into a concrete service product and build a brand identity that communicates the startup’s core values as well as sales platforms that enable operations. The aim of the ongoing collaboration is to support A’Pelago’s growth.

Smartbutlers’ role: Smartbutlers acted as a long-term partner and advisor in designing and developing the business model. Our tasks: brand concept design, the brand’s visual identity, technical planning and implementation of the website with language versions, content planning and production, communication materials, and event production.

Results: A’Pelago Experience is an operating company whose recognition is growing.

A’Pelago Experience wanted the tools to carry out its mission. Smartbutlers has supported the company from the idea stage to the present.

The project began by productising A’Pelago Experience’s business idea: A’Pelago’s business model was evaluated and its development supported. The company was provided with a brand concept, visual identity, and a multilingual website.

After the design and concept work, Smartbutlers supported A’Pelago’s launch by acting as the company’s outsourced marketing and web development resources.

Smartbutlers’ specialists have also been involved in the project management of the company’s international A’Pelago Initiative Business Camp events, producing event materials and facilitating the events in 2023 and 2024.
