Concretizing a growth strategy

Our sixth growth strategy this year was made for one of our customers. The starting point, as usually, was that a strategy is not a strategy until it is implemented properly. This is our field; we create strategies that can be executed, and if needed, we are part of the implementation. We are being realistic from start to end. And regarding this latest strategy, our customer commented: “brilliantly concrete”. That is our way of work in a nutshell.
